Locking Holdings – Return & Refund Policy

Locking Holdings, LLC (“Locking Holdings,” “we,” “our,” “us”) is committed to ensuring the integrity and security of every transaction. By making a purchase, you agree to the following return and refund terms:

1. Final Sale Policy

  • All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products (precious metals and crafted items), we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless required by law.

2. Exceptions

  • If you receive an incorrect item or defective product, you must notify Locking Holdings within three (3) business days of delivery.
  • Claims must include proof of purchase, photos, and any supporting documentation.

3. Return Authorization

  • Returns are only accepted with written Return Authorization from Locking Holdings.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

4. Refund Process

  • If approved, refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Security & Fraud Prevention

  • Locking Holdings reserves the right to deny any return or refund request suspected of abuse, fraud, or exploitation of this policy.

6. Arbitration & Governing Law

  • This Return & Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
  • All disputes shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in Delaware, under the Federal Arbitration Act. Class actions and jury trials are waived.
