Locking Holdings – Shipping & Delivery Policy

Locking Holdings, LLC (“Locking Holdings,” “we,” “our,” “us”) provides the following shipping and delivery terms. By purchasing from our website, you agree to this Shipping & Delivery Policy, in addition to our Terms of Service and other applicable policies.

1. Shipping Method

  • All orders are shipped exclusively via USPS Priority Mail using flat-rate boxes.
  • Packages are shipped in discreet, unbranded packaging for security and privacy.
  • All shipments require Certified Mail with recipient signature confirmation.

2. Delivery Requirements

  • Customers must present valid identification and personally sign for delivery.
  • If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, USPS will issue a notice, and the package will be held at the nearest USPS facility for pickup.
  • The customer must retrieve the package within USPS’s stated timeframe. Failure to do so may result in the package being returned to Locking Holdings.

3. Shipping Fees

  • All shipping is free of charge to the customer within the United States.
  • Locking Holdings does not offer expedited or international shipping.

4. Risk of Loss

  • All products are shipped with insurance.
  • Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon signed delivery confirmation.
  • Locking Holdings is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery confirmation.

5. Arbitration & Governing Law

  • This Shipping & Delivery Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Delaware, pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act. Class actions and jury trials are waived.
